Product Description: Imatin 400 Tablet contains Imatinib Mesylate, a tyrosine kinase inhibitor (TKI) used in the treatment of certain types of cancers. It works by blocking the activity of abnormal proteins that promote the growth of cancer cells, thereby inhibiting tumor growth. It is primarily prescribed for chronic myeloid leukemia and gastrointestinal stromal tumors.
